We all have them. They used to be called "old tapes." We call them negative blueprints, those deeply held assumptions and reactions from early conditioning that trap people in a kind of thinking and acting that no longer works for them. And while you can studiously identify your core strengths, values, goals, and relationship essentials, unless you have released the negative blueprints from your early conditioning, happiness can continue to elude you.

We all have good intentions for establishing love and honor in our relationships, yet our relationships often become a crucible for frustration and conflict. Conflict does not need to result in the breakup of a relationship. It actually can be a gift for healing and growth, a gift that, in time, you may come to see as an adventure. Ninety percent of the time conflict that repeats itself is not about the present, but stems from hidden emotions and beliefs from the past.

Our conditioning from childhood forms our blueprint for success, or lack of it, in virtually every area of our lives. With awareness, we can choose to change through a technique that transcends our own willingness, the Attractor Field Technique (AFT). Through the spiritual power of forgiveness and AFT, old blueprints lose their strength, leaving behind a peaceful wake of improved health, more harmonious relationships, and an increased sense of flow.
